But .....for over twenty years, no matter how much I wanted to stick with a healthy eating plan, eventually, I would cave and give in to temptation.
Every time I abandoned my healthy eating goals, I was so frustrated with myself for failing yet again. I just wanted to find something that would actually work for me
Then one day, I was introduced to another way.
From that moment, it took lots of trial and error, two health coaching certifications and countless books and online courses, but I was finally able to figure out a way to stick to my healthy eating goals consistently (without struggling) and life became so much more pleasurable.
